Mid-South Wedding Planners will come into your home and prepare
the dinner of your choice for you and your significant
other. We offer various menu's for you to choose from
or you may create your own. We are prepared to serve
you and your guest, or just set it up and leave you
in the privacy of your home.
SAMPLE MENU SELECTIONS
As you sample Hors D'Oeuvres our Chef will prepare your
gourmet dinner for two from a selection of the following
menus.
Start your culinary treat with Broccoli Cheddar soup
prepared fresh for you by our chef. For the main course:
Succulent Lobster tail broiled in butter, fine white
wine and garlic accompanied by marinated Filet Mignon
served with sautéed mushrooms. To accompany your
main course: wild rice pilaf and green beans Almondine
prepared by our chef's secret method!
Or perhaps you would prefer...
Fresh Maryland Crab soup to start followed by a main
course of Chicken Chesapeake. Fresh chicken breast stuffed
with succulent Crab Imperial accompanied by wild rice
Pilaf and brandied carrots (fresh carrot sautéed
in butter, flambéed with brandy and glazed with
honey and cinnamon.)
Or perhaps...
Start your meal with Vichyssoise followed by Chicken
Florentine. Fresh chicken breast prepared with classic
Florentine stuffing of Spinach, sautéed onion;
mushroom and garlic with grated Parmesan cheese topped
with traditional Mornay sauce. Served with Fettuccini
en Pesto and baby sweet peas with pearl onion.
For Dessert, a delectable assortment of miniature tarts
and pastries, a compliment to any of the fine gourmet
dinners available!
