Rental Terms & Conditions
Damage Waiver
Our Damage Waiver covers items that are returned to us to be covered under the waiver. Items that are lost, stolen or broken from mishandling of our property are not covered under the damage waiver.
Notice of issues with items must be reported immediately upon receipt of any items that are rented from Mid-South Wedding & Event Planners. CREDIT will not be given if we are not informed of issues with your orders immediately.
Any items damaged are applicable to replacement or repair charges. Any items lost or damaged charges will be applied. Please take inventory of all linens upon receipt, all linens that are returned are inspected for damages. Please contact us at (901) 503-3071.
Deposits
A deposit will be applied when your order is placed and is not apart of the rental, because it is refundable. It ensures that your items will available for the date of your event. Your deposit will be refunded immediately after all equipment has be counted and inspected. On a normal basis deposits can be picked up the next business day. Deposits range from $50.00 to $150.00 based on the items that are being reserve for your event.
Our Pick Up & Drop Off Policy
Mid-South Wedding & Event Planners payment policy is by check, credit card or cash are in force to protect you our customer. A state identification must be submitted at the time your rental equipment is picked up. You may have someone else pickup your order they must also supply identification and your pickup invoice. A copy of the identification is keep on file until the equipment has been returned to our facility. All items must be returned the next business day after your event, otherwise you forfeit your deposit and could be accessed additional rental charges.
Delivery, Pickup, Setup & Breakdown Service
Mid-South Wedding & Event Planners' offers a delivery and setup service to our valued customers. Our delivery and pickup service fee is $30.00 each way though out the Memphis area. Please contact one of our representatives about our setup and breakdown service fees at (901) 503-3071.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be made one week prior to the event date to ensure return of your deposits.
